We are located just in the heart of Water Mill, New York. We are situated by acres of farmland and some of the world's best ocean beaches. Water Mill is the only hamlet on the east end which has a functional watermill and windmill. Rich in history, we are surrounded by the typical, shingle-style traditional saltbox homes of the earlier decades. We love this as designers because it brings through our traditional roots in designing The Modern Barn®
